My 2 IOS games are blocked. I would like to make a list of my neighbors from Jpjpjp2 who are blocked so I can sent the buildingsitems I have in my list...... Please put your name on the list if you are blocked and want gifts for level 8....

It's my guess. It is my phone, so I guess it could be in the time travel ban, but it seemed to happen around the time I restored a backup. After 25 emails, they won't tell me WHY just they confirmed my ban.
