Big Update - NOV-Oct-sept 2015 ?!?

I think it would be wiser for GI to introduce incremental improvement than an ambitious Big Update .
First update is the Reserve Hangar with the proper gift list.
Then the new Alliance game play .
And the last update is the new GUI.

It would be cleaner and it should be quicker than this way.

Maybe this was supposed to be the incremental update.
While the BIG update is supposed to be MARS??

@Bali Hi if this is the incremental update with this many bugs & players reversing their update, I think we will be f***** when the Mars update is released.

I believe Ivan posted on here with plans for the future late December / early January does it really take 8 MONTHS for this so called HUGE UPDATE.

But just a thought what if there isn't a mission to Mars. I know Ivan said its in the plans for the future but what if road 404 hit so many problems it wasn't worth while doing it. Ivan used to reply quite a bit on here but now he seems to of vanished.

Did I miss something??

A couple of days ago, I could barely move in my game without Madlen swinging in to inform me that a new version was available.
Then there were offers for trees and high-speed planes.

Now, Duke Croocker's back, Madlen and her update are gone, and I get the same "You can't visit this neighbour" notice for both IOS neighbours and updated android neighbours.
Furthermore, I can still visit most of my neighbours, meaning that they either can't or won't update.

It's like waiting for the big rain that completely misses you.

(Sorry, I haven't been able to get to this forum for a day or two now-I'm now on a PC.)

Honestly I am getting bored because quite frankly there is NOTHING for me to do. Three-starring flights was never my M.O. Collecting items for future experience pts and fuel and passengers was fun in the beginning and saving up on items for Mars. Now its becoming boring to the point where the only reason I log in the game is to return gifts. I even am bored to collect coins!

Now Facebook version is 3 Event's ahead of mobile and pc version

I'm having the same problem, cannot visit neighbours .. only Madlen .
FYI the gifting affected too ..
I didn't receive any gift for the last 12 hours and it's strange for me.
Be careful.

@Juvenal - I have noticed one strange thing. If I want to really see gifts received, I have to visit neighbor. Only after closing that screen, new gifts show up.

Okay! Looks like the update is steamrolling itself out, even against all who might resist.

(Sadly, the things that have always been broken in my first game are still broken.)

But I try to do your suggestion by visiting Madlen and still no gifts
