I have lost so many games, progress and been thru several devices and always got my game back. This problem takes the cake. 
Did YOU know that you are only supposed to have ONE google acct per device?
And if you didn't know that and added another account for each support game and then LINK them ... well, you are out of luck, they cannot or will not help you.
With very little hope they will find my level 75 game with greens being flushed down the toilet from my brand new shiny MINT, oh and the New Casino sitting in storage... I don't have a c!ue what to do. I'm afraid if I get Mary again to "help" I may start screaming.
