iOS Being kicked off game whilst playing the videos

Anyone else having this issue. I’m on the game say 15 minutes and once I have everything sorted all flights away. I play the videos but then suddenly I’m kicked off the game and with this happening my video clips are reduced. I don’t think it’s my internet as I changed providers recently.

Thank you now I’m wondering about my iPad Air. My husband plays too and never has this issue but his iPad is the newest version. Once thank you for the links. Appreciate it.

I’m now wondering if my issue was not my game but a Airport City issue as I appear to have an added 6 hours to my event time.
