Back to school progress experience needed for each level

[Westland Airport]

I am completely done with this event.
In my opinion there is no visible diffrence between a level 1 / level 2 and level 3 educationcentre.
This week I spend a lot of time to search the level 2 centres with my neighbours.
I put this neighbours to my favirites and checked it in the evening. I visit them next day early morning.
But some of them get upgraded overnight to level 3.
Because its so hard to recognize you can only see it after you visit this neighbour and then find out it was upgraded to level 3
Now I cannot visit anymore neighbours and the event is finished for me and not completed because of one lousy building.
This is very frustrating!!! I also will not pay real money to finish the event because of this!!!
I am fed up with it
