Back to School Event Collections Missing

Anyone else have the collections missing the in collections (chest) bit of the game. I cannot see any for this event.

I have the same issue. Surprisingly my two support games are fine (all android). Not sure how to solve it aside of reinstalling the game.

ios no show. Not on windows either. Looks like only Android is OK. Wait till GI move....... reinstalling wont change a thing

it also happened to me that there are no collections related to this event

The game has now stopped me getting back in. Sat on loading page Part 1 of 1 1.8mb/1.8mb

Try 'Restoring game resources' - this worked for me. Using Win10. Close the game and restart before attempting this.

Lol!! If your stuck with a game that cant load then however much youd love to, rstoring game resources wont help and you cant start the game!!!

Works on Windows but not ios as the update causes a reload and youre stuck outside.

Lol!! If your stuck with a game that cant load then however much youd love to, rstoring game resources wont help and you cant start the game!!!

For those who can load, it may work. So far it has had some success.
