Hi Dave,
I understand the fact that it's a lot of time and work for you and your team when a player ask rewards for many past events for 1 or 2 years ago.
But, I find that a month to ask for event reward is a very short delay. Many players are traveling, or on holidays, or for many other reason, they don't always have the necessary time to ask for the reward. Is it possible for you and your team to extend the delay.
