Android Auto collect

I got 10000 or so romantic passengers in there and can't use it until I've flown some of them. Are we hsving a swingers special after covid or is this a known bug. Well it must be know, please do something

So it's just me that can't use passenger auto collect until I can somehow kill 10k romantic passengers? I find that hard to believe as autocolllect was the only chance of actually flying decent numbers without cheating like most seem to somehow days.

Yep - still unable to collect.

And now I find they have closed the ticket without fixing it.
2nd time they done this (same happened re: ads not working)
Their support truly sucks - what is the point of spending on Visa Centres that cannot be used????? What is the point in wasting time with tickets that are basicaly ignored????
Truly p*%$#d off with the lack of care and the number of bugs that are never sorted.

Just a thought, what if you put all your VC into WH. It will cost you 20k each, but maybe worth a try?

VC = visa center
WH= warehouse
Ignore my previous message.
I put all my visa center in warehouse but because I have active contract those passengers dosen't disappeared when I added back the visas in my city.
Thanks for you thoughts but dosen't work.
Only GI can fix or remove those passengers.

The problem is that GI support is sucks lately 🤦‍♂️
