iOS Are we able to demolish old buildings for new ones and runways etc?? If so how

Hi there. I am very new to this - 5 hours old! I want to remove a level 1 runway to upgrade to Level 2. As the price of expansion land is so so expensive can you demolish old builds and add higher graded ones?

yes, you can
Except for 5 special buildings. town hall, control tower, terminal, duty free and repair hanger.
these can not be sold (demolished).

To demolish an item you will have to sell it. You regain about 25 % of the coins you spent building it.
roads do not cost any thing to build or demolish. Everything else may be bought or sold.

Actually you will get 10% of initial price (coin ones, for buildings purchased with greenies or tokens or got as reward you'll get some coin equivalent). One thing regarding runways - if you have only one runway you will not be able to sell it if your planes are in the air.

To sell an item, click on the Icon that looks like an arrow pointing top right, then click on the piggy bank. Click the item you want to sell and confirm.

Also cannot sell Cosmic Fuel Station.... Really wish I could get rid of that thing.

EDIT: Apparently you CAN sell it! Woo hoooooo It's gone!!
