Are These Neighbors Still Active?

I created this thread to help forum members cull their neighbor list of those no longer active.

If these Waverly huff neighbors are still active, please reply. If I don't hear from you by September 30, I will delete you from my neighbor list:

I have 120 neighbors and 20 gifts to give a day. Why should I gift those not active in the forum? Their "need" list is not up to date so I don't know what to gift them. They don't check on what I need so most of the time they don't gift me useful items.
So that raises the question: Why waste time on non-forum players when there are so many good forum neighbors to gift?
Your opinions, please!

InCoNvEnIeNtE, I think Olly333 stopped, Pienicki comes every half a year, is playing daily with a new game and disappears after a month. The last time I didn't even take the trouble to add her...

Oh, that's a toughie! Colin Chew and I trade passengers on a daily basis, so I respect him for that, bit like Ianda11
where again I know if I send it will return etc.
For me it's about having neighbours who I can rely on so it's doesn't matter if they don't do forum.
I believe it's an individual choice.
However the forum has enriched my game so much, having neighbours such as billsnj take time to explain things
over the YEARS!! has been of huge benefit to me. Neighbours such as Neil ellor who enjoy a bit of banter.
Regulars such as LAX make me want to play and gift daily.
I believe though in playing fair so if you don't play fair I dump, example if you hijack a launch!
I have neighbours who I don't gift on a regular basis, however I try to keep the numbers down otherwise it's annoying to be scrolling
and checking signatures.

I would be more than happy to change the name on forum from Pavolko to Gun, but somehow I could not find the option. I doubt there is a chance to change it as nickname I am sorry for any inconvenience and I hope you understand it ů(
