Anyone else randomly get a second school for gifted children appear in warehouse?

After the back to school 2020 Event ended I found a school for gifted children in my warehouse; I already had collected and built this from the task tab a. Couple of days ago

Yeah, 10 pax per 6 hours on a 2x2 building isn’t properly exciting
