True, I'm wondering (only my thoughts and may be wrong) if they are giving the greenies to only those whom submitted a ticket after the various issues this past week or so. I had issues like most but never put a ticket in this time as the game on Window's was at least playable just a little slow at times.

Ask them at least send me 15 greenies like what they give IOS players (some of them).You optimist! I play the android version and have an active casino these days and was unable to play for about 48 hours, till the technical update (6.1.9) came. I opened a ticket and was asking to get the 3x 8 = 24 greenies refunded that I lost during the 48 hours the issue took. The only answer I got was: "There is no compensation intended."
