Any V7.0 assets transfer info?

I was wondering how the assets transformation is going to be like.

For example if I have 3 runaways that cost me 800K each and due to the fact that only 2 runways will be allowed, am I going to be refunded for 800K?

I am collecting coins to upgrade the terminal to level 10. I need about 10 days to have the needed coins.
Should I stay on v6.x or upgrade tommorow to v7.0?

No one knows for 100% sure, but cost price has been said.

Going from CT 6 to 7 makes no difference if you do it now or after. Prices are the same. Its only runways where you can jump a level that it makes a difference.
