This might be a stupid question but I searched you alliance and the button that says “Join an Alliance” is greyed out?? Do you know why?

It's not hard at all.
Every Monday we get a new set of 3 tasks.
Each Member gets a set of tasks depending on her/his level.
It only counts for the alliance result when a task is entirely flown.
After each week we get a bonus and alliance points for our result.
Target is that every player fulfills one task so we get a Golden Hat bonus ( Increases the experience you receive for any action by 30% for 7 days ) and 4 points toward alliance reputation.
