Android Update (v2.08)

Well, the info in Google Play was already changed for a few days:

What's New
- Your Airport City is ready for large-scale renovations: build a
level 8 City Hall, Terminal, and Control Tower!
- Unique winter buildings, including the spectacular Ice Hotel, are
now available in Mystery Winter Building set
- New planes, destinations, collections, and quests
- Improved app perfomance

And today we can finally update the game.

Upgraded on my HTC one, everything works fine right now. Game seems to be quick to load up.

upgraded on a galaxy note 3 and all seems fine. i can now send :
1. xray sccanner
2. podium
3. laser rangfinder
4. wireless compass
5. washing machine
6. blanket

I need all items for the laundry and level 8 upgrades! TIA!!

Are you missing any buildings? Apple versions have noticed Brazilian themed buildings and Donut shops missing after the update.

After update all my buildings are in right place. Nothing disappeared.

Now I need all Level8 items.

Noticed that :

planes land themselves, no need to select a runway.

Bankets can be bought for 1 green.

You can buy man of steel collection 5 random items for 18 greenies if interested.

In the iOS version it doesn't appear that any of the new collections offer a building reward -- just coins and experience. Is the Android version the same?

Android is the same as ios. None of the collections offer buildings.

Updated and still at level 40!
I noticed that most of you got already the level 45.
Am I the only one or were you so fast in completing 5 level within a couple of houres?

I notice as well that my insulation was cswap back to the drill machine.
My old buldings are intacts as well.

javi, Try checking your tasks that appear to be new, some are old and after those complete you should see your level increase. That's what happened with DIA and went to level 43. Same with my gift of insulation, changed to drill machine. I also believe my laser level switched to robot tester, will check my game later when I get home from work.

I found that my phone game updated a level each time I accepted a guest plane, hope its sorted by the time you get this message

I think we Android users have to be fair.
Almost one day after this major update, what do we hear ...
Nothing bad .. no big screw-ups and infact they fix things.
Like when we received gift we don't have to visit neighbour first.

Yes, GI finally did issue an update with no major glitches .

However, when I was gifting, I did have an issue.

• When I selected a specific neighbour to gift and press the gift button, it goes to the gift list as usual.
• But when I selected the gift, instead of sending the gift, it goes to the window asking which neighbours I want to send the item to.It does this almost everytime, but eventually it sends the gift.

The demodulator I sent to Deetee04 did not arrive.
I also sent a demodulator to Rsorour, not sure if he received it.

Anybody encounter the same gifting issue?

Got the same issue, but it is not on all neighbors, haven't figured out why it only happens on certain neighbors. What I had to do is when it asks which neighbor you want to send the gift to, you select the particular neighbor, and then click Send button at the top, and then it will come back and ask you which neighbor you want to send the gift to again (this is the second time), you select that neighbor again, and click the Send bottom again, this time it would send it. And then if you go back to your neighbor list, the Gift button for that neighbor is greyed out.
