Android Alliance tasks broken

Alliance tasks are broken. We did half our tasks, yet still only got the 30% bonus

We were one task short when I completed my first task macaray 78 flights, I got the yellow arrow on alliance tasks and showed up on the alliance task screen as having completed it. Everyone had done one, five a second (10 in alliance)

However, although the screen showed tasks as complete, the % counter did not advance it stayed at 45% ish.

I completed another flight to Macaray, another yellow arrow to alliance tasks, but when I looked at it now showed me at 77/78 and no longer as complete on the alliance screen. I completed another 4 flights. The same happened every time.

I guess this is what happened last week, but this time I saw it and have screen shots.

I'm really getting fed up with these 'glitches that happen all the time.

They are NOT glitches, but recurring bugs.

So now I have to waste hours going through the support process.

I am really not sure I can be bothered any more

We needed one more task to get over 50% and my account was two flights short of completing one, with several hours to go, when the flight counter stopped incrementing. I submitted a support contact and landed that flight about 8 more times with speed ups but to no avail. Several times I saw the arrow pointing to the alliance icon after landing a flight but the counter either didn't increase or it resets instantly back to the lower count.

I think IG aims to make the game frustrating enough that people might spend money to advance but not so frustrating that people quit. Sadly, I think the glitches push it past that upper limit far too often.

I am very sorry to hear that, but this keeps happening and I wonder whether Gi is even trying to fix this.
I had the same issue last week, and I was arguing with Gi support over 5 days. but nothing changed, and as usual, GI support is just useless. I asked to talk to their supervisor or what so ever, and they said they will raise it to higher level, but never heard back..

I prefer to just Google 'Gameinsight' then do the above - always get a ticket number (automated) saying we'll get back to you within 24 hours. I wish you good luck!

I tried the new interface first it hung after the third question reverted to the GI website.

Are your alliance flights still not counting? Mine were doing fine (3 games) until this morning, and nothing has counted for the last 7-8 hours. Everytime I submit a ticket, I get the canned response that all flights are counting fine, so didn't submit this time around. It's almost funny to watch the counter go up 7, then right back down. Funny, but really sad. At least regular flights are counting passengers, so will do that for a while. Will probably go ahead and submit a ticket if it hasn't fixed itself by tomorrow.
