Android Alliance rewards

Our alliance did not receive the points and bonus reward for reaching 50% of the tasks. Are there other alliances having the same problem?


Update: after contacting GI, they solved the problem of the reward, and they replied my request that they sent us the reward and points. They reacted quite fast, within 1-2 hours.

Had same issue. I contacted Customer care - and 6 hrs later -I noticed bonus was running and rep received. Assume they fixed it... and not just very delayed activation.

It’s not uncommon for the alliance bonus to take several hours to come through after reset.

I didn't login on Monday until ~17:00 UTC and everything came through fine at that time.

Argh.
After start game - I can have up to 2 minutes where no alliance bonus is running.
I assume game is taking that long to properly connect to server.
Worry is - what else is not working during that time? Event rewards? Would explain part of why my drop-rates are so low at times...
