how is it determined that you get extra points to add more people to your alliance? it has to do with the weekly ratings? how high do you need to be to get a point?

Like I said, 51 cities Condor destinations should be 153 stars, in a week.
And if she or he fly smaller, means more stars.

Developer trust the automatic system too much.
We believe in the system.
But if the system not perfect, we need Dark Justice......

There is a rational explanation on how that stars count didn't change - he/she send all his plights to same destination.
