Windows Alliance flights not counting

Several times I have had Alliance flights count then not count when flying a mission. This happens on the "smallest mission".

Several times I have had Alliance flights count then not count when flying a mission. This happens on the "smallest mission".

I have the same problem whereby the counter briefly registers the flight, but then goes back to a number 1 or 2 less.

The fix is to exit the game and then load it again.

I have the same happen quite often.
