same here... Just finish a task, and it rolled back..

Funny thing : it's flight with item... I lost these items for nothing

e been informed than I an is aware and is now looking into the matter...still put in a ticket.

sorry i started another thread about this issue i have been in touch with Ivan again and they are working on it

We all feel your pain, I really hate having any contact with them they just fob me off but sometimes needs must lol...Anyway like I said it's encouraging news that they are working on it

Just home and just discovered my WAM are not counting again - ticket duly sent now awaiting reply and fix. Fingers crossed it’s soon.

Seems no flights are counting towards any destinations, my flights to Egypt are stuck at 292 (saved 10,000 fuel to have a go at getting to the top of one of the destinations), its been like this since around 10am GMT, ticket raised as I have wasted lots of fuel and 8 greens on a Secret Faucet, knew I should of done something better with my day off.

I feel sorry for you. Somehow most of my flights are now counted except Maracay! Sent a ticket last week, no real help, only something like "we know the problem, blabla". But a the end of the day, no solution. And then came the question, if I was satisfied with the support, gladly for them I didn't respond.

I know lol, I'm just a bit worried that they haven't got back to me direct and asked at the very least if my internet is stable and secure, what's all that about then .

BTW Just done another test with a PP and no movement.
