Same here, also my just-launched red space mission is gone. Hope it's just a temporary server-hickup.

Happen to me and after few minutes return back every thing work fine just quit and open the game wait for 30 to 40 second.
The server system timer reset every 10 minutes to update your game.

Mine all went on Android also so I went into google playstore and did a google update and it is all back now.
