airship did dock but did not work all sections empty

i am new to this game once i bougt the dock to duke s airship was expecting him to arrive once there when clikcing on the ship couldent acces the store all sections where blank empty after that timer reset 1and half day next day it was 6days to new arrival wondering if than i can properly acsess the store

I don't know about Windows PC, but in the iOS version of the game, when the airship docks, there's an animation of it doing so when you open the game. Then there's an icon of Duke on the upper left. If you click on it (or the airship itself) you will be taken to the store.
The airship used to come every 15 days or so but recently the timing has been off. If you built the dock, the airship will show up eventually.
