To the attention of Free2Play:
I propose the fair players who care - to post here your findings of suspicious scores and names on the Wold Map or other encounters. I hope GI will take it from here and conduct a purity check on such names. Unfair players must not gain their cheated scores counted in Weekly races and ruin fair players score efforts.

This player was 2000 candy canes ahead of me in rankings BEFORE i clicked my 5400 candy cane bonus with the additional 400 from task. After clicking my bonus i looked at rankings again ( that should have showed me in first place ) only to see within the time i clicked my bonus this player was 10000 candy canes ahead of me instead of being 3800 behind me.

for the doubters , someone please tell me how this is possible playing fairly
i tried to report it but all i get from the help button is loading

Simple really, especially when the third task gives 1000 points, there is a time delay before points are added, sometimes it can take 10 to 20 minutes depending on internet, all he had to do was use 1 green note to speed up getting the task, and with the cars dropping green notes many people will speed up the tasks, just do lots of task number 3 and you get lots of points

people seem so eager to call others a cheater. I see it all the time on FB threads. most of the time it’s just ignorance about how far can one go in the game
don’t rush reporting someone to GI just because you don’t understand how they got those numbers.

by the way: the other player could’ve been using greenies to get the third task immediately available. 10 greenies = 10 tasks = 10000+ points
(and don’t forget there’s a delay between the completion of a task and the credit of those points into leaderboard)

reguardless of weather you use green notes to speed up of not , the tasks are not instant complete , some take a good bit of time to complete. You make ie sound as if you spend a green note *POOF* the task is done

This normal i am doing the same some times using speed fuel and get thousands candy canes in few hours and using bonus.
But if you think he is a cheaters then you have to contact Gi from this web page

If have a screenshot it will help and they gonna watch him in the next 48 hours and if he using any cheating way they will remove him and block his account.

Some take time but many are quick for players who have large fleets , lots of fuel and passengers.

It isn't necessarily cheating. They could have been offline for a while. I do that often ... when my husband and I have a long drive. I play the game, but it's not online. So when I get back to wifi, my numbers are updated and it could be 10s of thousands.

I have reported a situation in the past, but it wasn't a one time big jump. It was a dozen big jumps in the span of 30 minutes and I provided screen shots to prove it.

And we aren't justifying cheating ... just explaining why what you think may be cheating could be completely normal game play.

Oh, and one more thing. With all the free greenies dropping from cars, I wouldn't be surprised if someone used some of those free greens to refresh tasks immediately to keep their position in the competition. I have done this myself.

@Agent_L, No I believe this makes sense, since GI has proposed themselves on this board to file a suspicious activity, see the free2play recent posts. Besides of that - my intentions is to post such players, and GI is to check them, we don't need any tools. And why are you opposing anti-cheating initiatives?

I actually have reported cheaters and I'm opposed to such a "public naming and shaming" because descretion is sometimes the better form of valor. I encourage other players to report the cheaters to "GI Support" and this is what I did. The thing is that there is a lot of subjective judgement and sometimes, something a legitimate strategic move can appear to be cheating. I remember one player that suddenly had a lot of PAX. I was tempted to report it and it turns out that this advanced level 80 player was probably doing a mapped destination run with Condors.

There are a few red flags but these may NOT in and of themselves indicate cheating.

1) A disproportionate amount of land in there is empty.
2) An extremely high PAX count (2,000 PAX at midweek) without Visa Centers spread throughout the entire city and no "Magic Squares" that can explain it. The person would have to have quite a lot of PAX buildings.
3) An extremely high number of flights that require flight items such as RDF's, Attitude Indicators, earplugs, lollipops, and VR Headsets.
4) The player with these signs may be below level 80, the lower the level, the more suspicious.

A key is asking yourself, can this "really add up".

i am well aware of the mechanics of the game , i myself have over 236k candy canes , i paid for the extra 2000 fuel and green notes and stayed up all night to take first place position. If the player isnt cheating then what hard is it the moderators looking into his game logs ?

And it becomes especially hard when you have players that do things that you may not feel COMPETENT or COMFORTABLE doing. I also include things that a lower level (below 80) can't do. The lower the level, the less that can be done.

My advice is send Gi support a screenshots before few days up to now let them check about this players.
Some players using clone accounts with huge storage items just to take 1st rank if this player using clone account Gi will know from the data base
Give them 48 hours and after that send a reminder and if he still there then he is a good player.

They can, it all depends on the tasks. Lots of fuel to instantly return the planes, lots of bonuses to increase the odds of dropping items, you don’t really need much time if you’re up to that.
