An apology to everybody for being so quiet during the last challenge. As many of you know I have had 'issues' with my rocket launcher (the original one) for well over 2 months. Because of this I was not able to participate in the Phantom Menace once it got to rocket launches. GI have been their usual helpful people and I now have well over 100 emails relating to the issue.

The last few days other issues have arisen where you play and progress as normal, even gain a few collectible items. When the game restarts because you have used other apps you have lost flights, stars, progress, coins etc back to some unknown undated backup. It seems that the game is not saving as you play. As such I will not be playing till the next version comes out and hopefully it will be fixed.

I did some tests now: move some buildings, closed the game, cleared the game from memory, open the game again... several time, all works ok.
Also - daily im saving pictures from the game, and checked now for whole week back, all seems to be normal... stars, exp.points, money.
Also visiting neighbors works, in about 1h reset will be, then i can check if visiting (normally) works

I bought some more airside land to move things around, did restarts, restart ipad numerous times. This week I had 3 items for the history of space, today none. Also had the Floating dock completed, today missing 2 items from the collection.

Wow sorry to hear about your problems must_dash I guess this must be how you are feeling
I must say that I too have had problems with the stability of the current version, but it does appear to save it progress. I guess I must back up more often until the next update.

Yep, The rocket launches I could put up with till it compromised the last mission. The lack of saving progress is unacceptable.

On GIs instructions I have deleted must_dash and have restarted the game with a new game name of @@@@post edited as original name kept@@@@@. Please send friend requests to the new user name and I'll add you straight away. Please also post below so I can accept and not reject.

Yep, restarted and had to do the tutorial.. Hopefully GI will restore to level 40 today and I can get rockets where they are supposed to be....

I have a working game that appears to be stable and hasn't done anything strange for a few days. As for rockets, that still doesn't work. But apparently there are working on it (Now for 3 months....)

I have a working stable game, that hasn't done anything strange for a week. It does seem to have forgotten what seldom means for a drop. The launch pad makes a nice decoration and that is all it does. It does not launch rockets as it still thinks there is one on the pad. Deleted the 2nd pad and the game became stable but can't remove the original.
I have missed out on both the rocket quests so pissed off, I have also lost out on many collection items and completing a few collections when the game crashed.

My airport will be temporarily closed as I have been experiencing some issues with my phone crashing and will need to restart the game from scratch before GI will restore my game as in must_dash case.

They were actually very efficient in restoring the game, unfortunately it didn't solve the problem.
