Android AirPort City Problem, can't use the game

Hello,
I have a problem, when I start the game it loads normally and I can see and use the top, bottom and laterals controls like passengers, fuel, bank, neighbors, settings, store, missions, etc. but the city and the airport itself appears as a blank background. I can't see my buildings, planes, helicopters, etc. nor interact with them.
I exit and enter again in the program and the problem persist. I also restart the phone and when loading the game it still the same problem.
Does this happened to anybody else?
Can someone help me?

I uninstalled and install again the application and it fixed the problem, but now I lost my user and all my progress?
How do I recover my user and progress??

ok downloaded updates and game finally gave me option to reload my account
