Windows Airport City not getting updated from store

Airport city not getting updated on windows
Solution 1:- *Goto File Explorer>View>Check the box [Show hidden items]>AppData>Local>Packages>XXXXXXAirpotCityXXXX
*Copy the Local State folder to an external drive/device
*Uninstall Airport City
*Goto store and install it again [Your game will get updated]
**Replace the local state folder [intalled with the updated game] with the previous local state folder [You will be back where you left off]

Solution 2:- Wait for the message in the game to appear [Your version of Airport City is outdated xxxxxxx]
*It will take you to the web browser and then to the store!!

Your solution 1 should only be used in emergency situations and a game update is definitely not one of those occasions.

A large majority of people would update their game by opening Microsoft Store. Check for updates using the menu option Downloads and updates as shown below:
