Airport City future update

Hello ladies & gents, I have returned to Airport City after a couple years away…. But to my surprise it looks like airport city hasn’t had a major update for a long time.

There was talk awhile back when Ivan was on here that there were plans for a 4th space mission.

Does anybody know if there will be a new major update or is it just rehash of old events to look forward to

SSDD, the only thing I see new are special buildings that produce event items and event currency, but they cost real money ranging from 4.99-29.99, AND
Theres no guarantee they'll be useful next year!!
