Awesome. That is two of the 4. The other two

Deluxe Condominium and Lilac building

And while it's definitely not the same architect, this is one of the buildings from the event - museum of achievement

I would guess the other 2 are inspired by these 2 buildings both got a pool added by GI.

The Side of the building is just a brick wall. You can see it in this video:

But i think if someone wants to find it you need to go deep and search a lot with google earth or maps. It really surprises me that there is no map with all pictures of his buildings because it really seems like a tourist attraction.

And that map that is there isn't terribly accurate. #15 is on there twice

I found it the clue where this picture it must be a bigger street because of the 2 seperate lanes and there was only one street with this fence in between the 2 lanes

Maybe the exhibition hall could be the olympia stadium in london. Both have the membran roof and the outside looks similar.
