I feel like the exhibition center is based on a concept design for Prince Bay Marketing Exhibition Center by AECOM - right down to the eye shaped pond in front of the building.

The Jazz Club looks like a combination of a few corner bars/clubs in the French Quarter of New Orleans. It has the coloring of Johnny White's Corner Pub (now permanently closed 😢), but it has the front doors and green awning of the Krazy Korner (a very-well-known jazz club). You can only see the green awning from a satellite view.

I've been trying to find Town Hall 10. I may have come close but I need some opinions. I was originally thinking it could be the shard but I discounted that building fairly quickly.

I wonder if it's based on the design but never built Russia Tower?

That central part is lower on the AC building (and not "peaked"), but this is by far, the closest image I've seen up to now

Purely from shape - this is the closest I've found to the coworking towers. I wonder if the architect did others with a similar shape. It's called sky habitat singapore and was designed by Moshe Safdie

I haven't looked at which one, but I'm willing to bet that Carson Manson in Eureka California inspired at least one building in AC.

I wonder if the Round House is inspired by Axel Towers in Copenhagen ... Thoughts? I haven't found anything remotely close and the way the buildings connect is very similar - a few floors connecting but also not to the ground. Also, the irregularity of the width of the windows and the space between them looks the same

Even though they are 5 instead of 2 (and no rooftop garden either), from certain angles it looks quite close. Close enough for an inspirational design

The exterior facing of the building is certainly a better match but the shape is completely different. The Sky Habitat is by Safdie. I wonder if he did buildings with a similar footprint.

Yes, I was thinking that too. Hadn't completely decided for sure though. Mostly because the AC designers seem to stay quite close to shape/form and Antilia is a bit more irregular in the size of the stacked layers

But I'm getting a bit more convinced looking at the square design on the front of the actual Antilia and it's similar to the design on the front of IoB

Now there is another building that again is not an exact match for ministry of sport but the lines between the floors may be more in keeping with the design in AC

So I found an almost identical match for the tower portion of the town hall 11 building. The general profile is quite different though. It's the singer building designed by Ernest Flagg - if that helps find something more similar
