Ranking starts as soon as you get the 1st mission But here's the problem!!!

Windows players always miss out

That indeed is an issue. One more ticket to go. By this time GI should have a lot of them to process (I’ve just opened one because alliance weekly task’ flights are not being counted)

Are you sure? Perhaps if you start collecting marshmallows you enter the ranking system...
I left the side quest by the middle last time and hadn’t any problem to enter the rankings...

i did all quests a wile ago and only get sidequest with events but that dusnt seem to be the case
il try getting some marshmellows and see if it changes thanks for the pointer

Great news @TeresaLisboa it just started working and good news the windows rankings are separate from other platforms this gives a fair chance was a bit to fast but glad its allright

Bad news for windows players cant do sidequest anymore because off last year and starts neither

While they are fixing those issues, why don't everybody utilize the bug on unlimited clicks on burnt tree at neighbors to gain as many marshmallows as you can in the 5th clicks.

the only things is you won't see the red Heart at completed neighbor

You also get them from the institute of vulcanologie but only the ones you build in your city not in your neighbors city's

You get them from institute of volcanology when you complete collections for vulcanologists equipment.

They drop from the volcanology institute. You have to fly to the volcanic destinations in order to complete a collection that gives you that building. It drops jackhammers often and marshmallows always and you can collect them every 20 min

One more thing about the volcano is that you can only get an item once an hour from it. It’s good in a way as you can save up jackhammers

My alliance missions seem to count OK but it’s a little glitchy. I do wonder though how big a deal this really is to folks. Seems like a lot more important things todo during the event

Reputation points. We’re in the edge of leveling up, those points for 30% completed would help.

Makes sense but in the grand scheme it could be one more week. I’m also not trying to minimize the issue though and can see he view of it

I noticed yesterday that my count went down but then later it was back to what I expected. That makes me wonder whether it’s some kind of display glitch versus a bigger systemic issue
