Acquisto hangar livello 4

Ho pagato 20.000 monete per potenziare hangar riparazioni aerei (falco), sbloccato gli oggetti da trovare e l'hangar mi è rimasto di livello 3. Non posso riparare gli aerei e sono bloccati perché ho 2 piste occupate da 2 aerei da riparare.
Come posso fare?

Here comes the English Reply: The problem is that I paid 20,000 coins to upgrade Aircraft Repair Hangars (Hawk) to level 4, unlocked items to be found and the hangar remained at level 3. Now I'm "blocked" because I finished my coins, I can't repair planes and they are locked because I have 2 runways occupied by 2 planes to repair, which are my main planes, One Gufo and one Falco. The app requires other 20.000 coins to upgrade my hangar. I also paid to upgrade my City Hall as to have more citizes etc etc.
How can I do? I'm quite angry about this bug, Could you unlock my problem? Many thanks in advance, SuperCassaFly
