Android AC won't open

Just trying to load AC and splash screen comes up with loading animation but game never loads. Have killed the game and powered off the phone. Anyone else getting issues?

I am on Android also. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. I am not having any issues loading the game. I just closed it and re-opened to make sure and it came right back up.

Yup .. halfway through the event. Nothing in the store as far as updates go.

820mb storage used on device .. worth clearing? What would I lose?

Not sure if that's just cache data or game data. If I recall on Android you can clear them separately. The likely worst outcome is you'll have to restore your game.

It could potentially not restore though. I have had that happen and had to contact gi. But atm your going to have to do that anyway

Nervously wiped cache, then data which reset the game to the beginning. Decided to fully uninstall/reinstall which prompted me to restore from server - didn't lose a thing. Event progress all good!

Yeah, it's quite nerve racking to do. You are never quite sure if it will restore properly. Glad it worked though!
