A Walk in the Clouds Buildings

Hmm so far not so good. Not loving this quest. I have about 12 of the 'new' romantic buildings and am collecting the passengers fairly regularly but it's still so few. I agree with the comments others have provided that you should be able to collect from guest planes even if it was a timer like the Ghost Planes quest 10 minutes turns guest planes in to 'Romantic' Planes. I have visited my neighbours and zero romantic item drops :/
Drop rate for me is horrible too. I have collected 2 items from my romantic buildings so far. I am gobsmacked by the people who have finished the collection WOW

Today, i try to visit several of my neighbors which have event building, as everybody aware we have server bug which not recorded progress of player, you can see several of you neighbors still showing level 55, this not mean your neighbors not playing anymore but GI server recorded last playing as level 55.

Bali Hi, GT City, M22 showing level 55, all your event building can't be see my me, but this not surprise me, i visit my neighbors which already level 60 and definitely playing this event but i can't see their event building.

Deetee03, Rsorour, Darek, are included in my neighbors which i can't see their event building, i think the bug already started hit everybody become not recorded into GI Server.

GI should pay attention this problem very serious , their server are failing

I hope GI is fully aware of the problem and are doing something about it. Players with no back-up will be furious if their game failed and their game cannot be restored from the servers.

My Bali Hi game stopped updating sometime in December last year, so the problem has been around for 2 months.

My BaliOS game still updates and this is the game I play most nowadays.

My game Bali2 is on its death kneel due to the game size and processing demand. The old tablet cannot keep up anymore.

Experiencing the same problems with event buildings not being showed in some neighbors airports, very frustrating!
Fortunately I back up my game daily so I don't have to worry about losing my game *fingers crossed*

I had the same concern Bali. I back up twice a day. Nevertheless, it is still an uneasy feeling when you have advanced that far in the game and you know that G! Servers cannot confirm that. It is like your a rogue agent progressing through the game without G!'s blessings.
I'm not sure, if someone beat me to it but I opened ticket with G! and provided screenshots of my quest buildings, particularly my6 carriage workshops and another screenshot of what neighbors see when visiting to aid with their investigation. I also alerted G! That I'm not the only one. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon. For me, it does not matter as I can't visit neighbors anymore with thegame crashes so I am all on my own in this quest. I hope others an benefit from visiting though.

I used a Sky Captain and a Spy Glass and got one drop from two buildings over two days. Wish items would drop from neighbors' Carriage Workshops.

So I have figured out there is this new thing with AC (started with last update) that games don't automatically sync with the server any more. But you can force the sync by going into the friends area and going to the first tab (ADD not Add Friend). This syncs your city with the server and brings in all those gifts that people sent (right @billsnj ).

Correct !!!!
