We already have VIP-lounges in the game on airport-site, they now only give coins every 8 hours. These buildings belong to a former event, I believe a Rock-Festival (VIP's came to town....).

sounds interesting but what would be the purpose of it after "event". Many event reward buildings or the ones gathered during event have no particular use later.
I think that better option would be that for example each event building during one year drops some new collection item and if you have them all (lets say 5 special buildings - each gives you one collection). Full set of collection - 5 items will give another collection or some special reward (in terms of some valuable item in the game - like greenies, tokens or for example 5 or 10 of those final collection will give you planetarium or even casino or something. That would make all the events more interesting as from what i noticed on this event - few players decided not to play it at the beginning of the event.

@Deetee04 With the Sleigh hangar, Card hangar & Military hanger doing nothing for at least 50 weeks of the year except take up space maybe a second terminal could be used in someway to make the planes fly more regularly, IMO its a waste of space for the 50 weeks of the year those hangars are not in use

IMHO you're supposed to raze them as soon as they're no longer needed.

I have 3 card hangars, and with the use of plane of hearts, I can shuffle any plane into them that I wish to fly. Gives me a total of 15 hangars. Of course, the plane of hearts takes up space in my reserve hangar, but I figure it's worth it.

But initialy it was not ment to be additional hangar. Additional terminal could be used for storing special passengers related to specific events like for valentines or similar.
