Yesterday while I was playing and nearly completed the easter egg quest, raised 6 farms.

Suddenly game and phone froze.

when rebooted all the neighbours are gone, all the collections which I had collected during last few weeks are gone.

Warehouse is empty.

Luckilly progress was saved and coins and fuel were saved too.

As I dont have anyone in my neighbourhood and I need to add again, so all my neighbours please remove me and add me again so i can rejoin the fun.

I will not be able to join space launches for a while as all the items which I collected are gone.

@free.surf You need to write to GI support, they can restore your game. This will include all items in warehouse.
It is worth to try

Do not remove your neighbors now! If you do, when GI issues you a code to restore your game, your neighbors could go missing forever. This happened to an early support game of mine. Just a friendly warning.

Right now focussing on completing the easter quest.

Have raised the ticket with GI lets see what happens.

Update:

GI replied and provided the age old reason of time changing punishment.

I never changed the time but they got suspicious because of the device crash and reboot.

They gave me the code to redeem which got redeemed successfully, it showed my progress up to level 50 and all the achievements but nothing came back in warehouse or no neighbours list update.

After this I have added @Sky - for testing accept you get my request

@ARFFgal sent a wireless compass to you kindly confirm. Asa so many gifts are not reaching destinations so need to rebuild the database.

If GI does not return that capability than i am left stranded.

@Sky - i did sent an invite to you be my neighbour and it also said code applied successfully.
I tried both ways just putting your code and also tried putting "@" before your code.

if you can add me from your side it would be great.

One thing I noticed, my invites to add as neighbors are not reaching android users.

I tried with ios usernames and it succeded.

Right now showing @B738! @dr_fly @Robby Kusuma (for game Tadashi2) and @greensmith (for game waverly huff) in waiting list.

Has any one seen / experienced this phenomenon.

I received your gifts and also hit the send back button to Fuel 20.

There is still block on my game as per their logs.

I have been given second code to restore the game and I am going to try today evening to reset the game.

Apparently I cant invite people on android / My gifts seems to vanish somewhere in cyberspace / I cant join any neighbour space ship launches.

Trying to sortout these problems with GI.

An Update:

Third rejoinder email came from GI.

Mentioning same details and a 3rd code.

I have applied all 3 codes but to no avail.

My ability to invite android players is not yet restored, my gifts are not reaching destinations, i can not join or invite friends for spaceship launches.

Today i have sent another email and this time around have added support@road404.com too as a recipient.

Hope its sorted out.
