I vaguely remember the Bridal Salon being the most useful, as it drops more items - cost greens to buy though

My memory is just as vague, but I think it had the potential to drop any of the event collection items, but the refresh time is so long that it's more of a greenie sink. 18 hours! I remember thinking that it was better in theory than practice.

If you have buildings from the other valentines event such as the carriage house or drive in theater, they do produce romantic passengers.

You are correct -- costs 4 green notes and has a slightly higher chance of dropping Dolce Vita collection, and does not take population cap

They'll all give regular passengers.

In case people have them in their warehouse: other buildings from previous events drop romantic passengers as well, like cariage workshop, outdoor cinema and drive-in theater.

Should be the same as romantic passengers - 32 every 18 hours.
