I have tried to play a little and am on level 4. The game constantly stops while loading every new screen. I can't believe the data it consumes! 8MB online for 5 minutes and almost 3MB for about the same time offline. Ridiculous!
Yes, I have done a ticket for my Greenies but with all the rest of the problems going on, I won't hold my breath.

Well, I actually heard from Karyn at 3am. She said: "you have to play a little until our servers recognize you, then close all games and reboot." Day 3, level 6, stupid game!

Oops, it's Valery I'm dealing with. She put me thru paces cleaning cache, rebooting game and device. I tried all several times to no avail. I will never fall for that scam again!

It worked for me. I didn't even have to complete the tutorial. I only installed the game, then went back to AC and 10 seconds later there was a popup with my 4 greenies. I actually received this offer for 4 GI games. I deleted all games apps as soon as I saw the 16 greenies added to my total.

You might still be able to find the offer:
1) Click on the red G! on the bottom right corner
2) Goto events and you should see offers to test four games. In return you get 4 greenies per game.
3) click on game 1 of 4 and install
4) after the game installs completely, go back to the events window (don't close the game you tested)
5) in the events window, click on the orange box in the upper right corner "back to game"
6) at this point a popup should appear with your 4 greenies.
Repeat these steps for the other three games.
