3 months ago I do not get visits from neighbors, but receive gifts.
Is there a solution for this problem?I'm very upset!

Yomisma i think the visit's from neighbour feature has been disabled since quite a long time.

GI had promised to fix it in an update but so far nothing. Hopefully in the next update this will be solved :rolleyes:

I made all the GI suggestions - backup the device, delete the game at all, download the game, start and play all the tutorial part to have new nickname. Then I sent the new nickname and the old one to GI and received a special token to restore game.
I restored my game and all the features worked correctly. But one week only....
Now I have all the old problems again.

I mean my support account ww055 (ww[zero]55)- I can send gifts but cannot receive them, I cannot visit friends but they can visit me.
