1x1 tower blocks

In some of my neighbours cities and in madlen airborn's city there are some 1x1 tower blocks which give passengers. I can't see anywhere I can buy these. Does anyone know how you can get them? If you aren't sure what I mean, you can see them in Madlen's city in the top left where there is blue and a red building.

think the only way you can get them is to buy a "mystery building" with green cash

You can get them from mystery building. I have few of them. soon i will post data of all buildings you can get this way.

They are the gray and red brick towers and yes, they are only from the mystery bldgs.

Laki, there is a thread somewhere on this site that lists everything out mystery bldg wise.

Thanks, that explains why I can't see it. Have looked through the site but can't see the thread for mystery buildings, any ideas where it is?
