Some numbers from me. I opened 100 in batches of 20 and got the following. I noted them down as I opened, then checked against my running totals of items. As you will see, I think I ran pretty poorly...

Perhaps you may consider transposing the table?

I did some Chi-squares on the data, considering the following theoretical distribution
PEB MS LFT SFR EB SFT AS
0.05 0.1 0.15 0.2 0.2 0.1 0.2
From the 20 samples, only 2 gave significant differences at 5% level
So I can guess that the distribution above fits pretty well to the existing information

I’m not sure why anyone is specifically counting anything other than the top 3. It’s pretty rare (although it happens from time to time) that any item runs short except those 3. I’d only run 4 columns, PEB, MS, LFT & Junk.
