After the automatic download of the new event my Andoid tablet asked me to restart the game as usual. With that the whole graphic turned white. So, I wanted to restart again but it doesn't start anymore. Also a complete reset of tablet doesn't help. The Game is completely down. What would you...

Even with new update, non of my completed task is counting.

I completed some tasks of the new event but they do not count. I am playing on Android and wonder if somebody else has a similar issue.
