To support what Aero says, many of us who are high levels experienced the same frustrations you have when we were just beginning but we did it with MANY more bugs to deal with and we didn't have the luxury of this site to meet fellow players. All we had was the crap people posted on Facebook...

OK so now my passengers are a LOT less than they were before when I was collecting them!!! This is a strange mission! Seems like changes keep taking place with the game without doing an update...

Mine seems to be working fine. Now it did take longer than usual, but I was able to visit neighbors.

So here's a quirky item. My romantic passengers seems to have rolled over the 660 limit! I was in the 500's and started collecting more. By the time I looked I was at less then 100!!! Will check this out to make sure this is a 'real' issue or just old age playing tricks on me! Quiet Aero!!!

Just to give you an idea, one sweep through collecting all of them resulted in 335 romantic passengers!!!
