    Suresh - yes I have exactly the same problem. I can visit neighbors, launch a rocket or sent/receive gifts but have the same error message as you. Have also restarted my device two times yesterday but still the same problem occurs.

    Have you tested it? I am testing now the Golden Postage Stamp from last quest and I can see and land the mail-planes but they DO NOT drop anything, and there is nothing by requesting permission: "Additional items you can get:" - it is empty.

    I have visited InCoNvEnIeNtE than came back to my airport, then the game stopped for about one minute and know all the problems are gone :D New destinations, new gifts and the pumpkin head :)
