Looks like you are in need of a Gi trouble ticket. When I had these issues they always cleared up quickly. Also, I never lost anything, that I am aware of, at least.

As your reputation increases, from gifting, you can gift to more people, until you max out at 30 gifts per day. Of course, the more people you gift to, the more will gift you back, in theory.

I agree with most of what you have stated. There is a difference between the premium and the basic. The very first premium item provides 20% bonus in flasks for every mini game played. That being said, the basic game is impossible to complete, in my opinion, and premium is very hard to complete.

Does anyone remember when they bought the premium there were two other options? I believe that they were to skip 2 levels or skip 5 levels for an added price. If anyone can remember what those options were, or if you have not bought premium can someone check for me?

Does anyone know how to change an alliance's name in the game? Or maybe I should be asking, if it is possible to change an alliance's name. I cannot find an obvious way to do it. I inherited an alliance, as everyone else left. Now I want to change the name.
