The Wiki team is also trying to come up with a page to list all of the expansions and their costs.

@Dave @VdW9 I created a page called "Land Expansions" I wasn't sure how to link it to Wiki Index or where we wanted to put it so I left it with "none" in parent node https://www.airportcitygame.com/wiki/land_expansions/

Has anyone thought of a way we can list Land expansions and their costs associated? I've been noticing a lot of those questions lately on the forums and the only thread on it is a few yrs out of date. Would be very helpful for planning upgrades in the future.

I think that one might work if you just add it after the land requirement. ie, Land Required: 1x1 - No road needed
