    since the last update, the GI icon disappeared so i used the ingame tech support request to ask to transfer a existing game. i sent 3 requests but never received any acknowledgement that they got it... is there another way to reach them ?

    I applied in the AC Migrants club in Simcity Buildit. The city name of mine is "Reina del Sur" and just reached level 20. Really addicting... They stayed with the simcity mindset and as a old timer way back from Simcity 2000, it's a nice touch!
