On my iPad Game are all destinations for this mission back to zero stars, but I'm sure that I made last year 6/9 stars with it, and the total star counter has the same number as before. So maybe I can double star this destinations now?

Last year the destinations and the white ghosts disappared when you Finish the last Challenge. So if you want to go for the stars (and collect as many collections as possible for Fuel) wait with the last black wraith until the very end of the quest.

As I found in the thread for last year no, you only need them twice for the side missions, but that's it. So I also need all items for this mission and can send Leyden Jars and Bright Lanterns if required.
