Not really. I have my smallest plane in RH (Aerobatic Plane = Faster Swift), I still get Swift destination as my 1st task like usual.

So Aerobatic Plane is “lower” than Air Lab, but Swift S3 is “bigger” than Air Lab? I’m thinking it’s just a usual screw-up in GI’s coding

No. There are 3 giftable event items for this particular event (Geiger Counter, Air Magnetometer, Plasma Clot). Every player can send 1 of those 3. And it’s random.
