Hi all, Can anyone confirm if the 50% alliance mission/task percentage is based on actual alliance members or the level max number. Put simply if you are Level 7 and can have 14 members is the 50% 21 tasks (14x3 /2] or if you only have say 12 members (out if 14) is it 18 tasks (12x3 /2 ).

Finished, however it did cost money to collect the biker jackets. The drop rate on these would never have allowed me to finish otherwise. Sad to see the progress level option to buy cut back after the last upgrade. Look forward to the award. Thanks.
