I see it from different angle. With 120 to 200k per week you could aim easily top20 or even top10 alliance. It is challening, but the 3 alliance maps per week makes a difference and they usually require to be connected via FB messenger or discord. It all depends what you want to achieve in this...

Exhibition hall lvl2 enables cars to have a coin. Tapping it, it provides one coin and very low chance for greenies. I would say the chance is 1:50-100, better than Cloud Castle collection. But it is FoC, so no complaints :)
